Return Policy

PRIYA K Collection always wants to ensure  that you like what you ordered, but if you don’t like the color, design, style or product please  let us know immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product. We are always ready to give you an exchange or send you another color, style or an entirely different product. Returns or Exchanges are not free (any items returning to us at customer cost and sending exchange items at customer cost).

• All returns must reach us within 7 days of the original delivery/shipment date. Any returns after 7days will not be accepted.
• Return shipping will be paid by the customer. Item must be in saleable condition, should not have been worn. It should be folded properly in the original packaging & attached with the tag. 
• Without the tag attached to the item, we will not accept any return/exchanges. 
• Must provide the Packing Slip / Invoice inside the return box.

We do not accept returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment. To Return any item, you must e-mail us at priyakcollection@gmail.com. Return request must be sent within 48 hours after receiving the item. Please mention the order # and invoice # on the subject line in email.

Refund Policy:

Once we receive your return package, in most cases your refund will be processed within 10 business days. All of our payments are securely processed through PayPal. Here what PayPal says about Refund Methods, "If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to that card. Refunds may take up to 35 days to appear on your card statement. If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal balance.

Exchange Policy:

    Please read the following exchange policy carefully:

• If your exchanged product price is more than the product that you have bought before then we will email you an invoice of the outstanding balance. We will ship your exchanged product once you pay the outstanding balance.
• If your exchanged product price is less than the product you have bought before then we will refund you the remaining balance back to your credit or debit card.

International Returns: 

Priya K Collections cannot offer returns/exchanges/refund on orders shipped outside Canada.
